Panama City.- President Leonel Fernandez yesterday arrived in Panama City to attend today’s inaugural of Panama’s elected chief executive, Ricardo Martinelli.

Fernandez was received in Panama City’s Tocumen International Airport by the ambassador Miguel Lecaro, and with his country’s and Panama’s national anthems.

The Dominican Head of State headed immediately to the terminal’s diplomatic salon without making a statement.

What? No real political figures to meet LF at the airport?

"fue recibido por el viceministro de Relaciones Exteriores panameño designado, Melitón Arrocha y el embajador Miguel Lecaro. ..."

Pretty low ranking (Vice Minister & the Dominican ambassador) recieving party, don't you think for this great man, LF? They should have sent the "Office boy"...

"Did not make a statement"... LF was pissed for having been dissed...!

Leonel "Bosch" doesn't count....his island has nothing to offer Latin America, or anywhere else in the world for that matter. The "new" DR flag is said to have a hand extended with the words, "Ni hay un peso" underneath....his "borrowing" reputation belies his reception.

Who cares where this idiot flies to.
Nepotism is the same as money laundering for drug cartels.
