Did you ever see someone from Ireland in R.D.???
But,who help the R.D. ???
The Americans,Canadians,Germans.Italians.French.
The are more than 20 years my government give to R.D. more than 10 millions$ every years.
And I'm sure its the same thing for Germany,France,Italy.and the U.S.A.
Stop to want help and help to make your country, you look like Haïti.
All you want its country to help you.
And what do you make to help the R.D. you left to New-York.
You make me cry.
Albeit some people said the same thing about the leaders of Venezuela, Ecuador and Bolivia. Look at where the Ambassadors are today that were once in those countries. There is hope still.
