Always have something sarcastic and negative to say. As a matter of fact, their service did improve - tremendously. I went there a few ago to obtain a document and was in and out ( with new service based expediency) in about 30 minutes. Same thing took me 2 1/2 hours a couple of years ago. Stop hating and recognize progress when it's really happening.
