Well, American had been my Air line of choise and I have traveled with the many time to many countries, but on my last trip to STI they lost three of my bags and they will not pay for the bags.
This has to stop. I don't know if It is American Air Lines or the scumbags at STI.
I MUCH prefer Jet Blue. the prices as comparable, often cheaper. The seats are far more roomy and comfortable. Far shorter lines at the check-in counter. All around Jet Blue is by far my choice.
along with Sunshinestates comment. With AA I've had to switch planes because the one that was scheduled to leave on needed repair. A second time we sat at the repair area at the airport (after Boarding) for about an hour while they did a "minor" repair. Late flights due to plane problems. I'm not sure I trust AA old planes.
Yes jetblue is great and has good room for guys over 6 feet tall... Last time I flew American one plane was newer and the other was a bit older. I have not used them for aa while, not sure if they improved
