San Juan, PR.– Two strong earthquakes have struck Puerto Rico within minutes of each other, with magnitudes of 5.1 and 5.3 respectively, just after 2am local time early today in the Mona Passage, to the west of the island.

According to the report, a smaller aftershock was reported a few minutes later, and all were felt in the capital, San Juan. The 5.1 quake was recorded at a depth of 14 kilometers, while the 5.3 quake occurred at a depth of 17 kilometers.

No tsunami alert was issued. Some residents in the island's southwest region reported power outages as well as broken items around the house. No injuries have been reported.

There were no immediate reports of damage in the neighbouring Dominican Republic.

Yes I was expecting a tsunami of HAARP conspiracy theorists flooding over the site by now.

Actually, I know where the secret transmitter is.

Just north of the township of Rincon on the west coast is the Rincon lighthouse. Immediately beneath, almost on the beach, is the dome of the old decommissioned nuclear power pant. The sign says it has been earmarked to be a nuclear museum, but we know what it's really being used for, don't we!

Like it or not haarp technology is real, and there are many countries that have the power to control the weather , the united states headquaters for haarp technology is in alaska..

I'm not sure if the big Haitian earthquake was caused by HAARP, Jesus or Voodoo. Plate tectonics? Never!
