San Juan, PR.– Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced the arrest of a United States citizen pursuant to an outstanding arrest warrant on charges of Domestic Violence by the Bayamon Court in Puerto Rico.

Carlos Cepeda-Melendez, 40, arrived at Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport, San Juan, Puerto Rico from Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic, on April 14. CBP officers discovered that Cepeda-Melendez had an outstanding arrest warrant.

Cepeda-Melendez was arrested on the active warrant and turned over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) for further processing.

“Everyday CBP officers at our area ports of entry use technology and experience to detect individuals that break United States laws,” said Marcelino Borges, U.S. Customs and Border Protection director of Field Operation in Puerto Rico and the United States Virgin Islands.

Veronica you talk a load of crap you have no idea how all the different police and intelligent agencies work here and how they work TOGETHER and solve so much crime. All people like you know about is the few corrupt ones that you read about. Very very few serious crimes go unsolved.

It is much worse in the US! The different agencies and states in the US rarely cooperate with each other. Thats why so many children are kidnapped (over 300,000 in California alone each year) by pedos. The sex slavery and abuse of women and children kidnapped in the US and serious crime is the worst in the world and that is just some crime that is ignored by US law inforcement.

Most child kidnapping cases in California are custody cases and not sex cases.

Well here are some stats from 2007:
http://www.cnn.com/CNN/Programs/a....w-data-kidnapping-statistics.html

The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children says 203,000 children are kidnapped each year by family members. Another 58,200 are abducted by non-family members. That's still a heck of alot. Imagine what the #s are now in 2011.

This I'm sure is gonna raise a fuss....

Most states in the U.S family laws are still out of this world [no fault divorce] the children in most divorce's become the pawn, revenge weapon and sadly the cash cow.

Now with more mothers joining the work force and pay almost being equal woman are know realizing the old day divorce ways are changing.....for better or worst ???

Both parents in divorces must realize 'you divorce each other' NOT THE CHILDREN.

Long gone are the days when in most divorce's the woman got the house, kids, child support and alimony.

The womans equal rights movement also has finally realized that loving, caring, responsible single fathers are just as capable in raising children as single mothers, and in some cases better.

The magic family law words are "I love my children no more or less then their mother" demand "equal custody, equal visitation rights".....AND NO LESS.

NO PARENT PHYSICALLY OWNS THEIR CHILDREN.
