New York.– A Dominican national and another man will stand trial together later this month for allegedly killing a man on a Hazleton sidewalk in January 2011, a Luzerne County judge ruled Friday.

According to the citizenvoice.com, Judge David W. Lupas denied a defense motion to hold separate trials for the men, Rodolfo Hiraldo-Perez and Angel Sanchez. Lupas also said he would allow prosecutors to present evidence at the March 26 trial of prior physical altercations involving the defendants.

Hiraldo-Perez, 25, and Sanchez, 21, are accused of killing Vladimir Ruiz, 21, on East Green Street, near Wyoming Street in Hazleton, Pennsylvania, early in the morning of Jan. 16, 2011.

Lupas scheduled a March 20 hearing to review video taken from surveillance cameras near the scene that shows Ruiz being stabbed by Hiraldo-Perez, according to authorities.

So they'll be convicted, learn prison English, join a prison gang--and then go back to the DR with new skills so they can join the ranks of the other moto-concho drivers and tour guides
