Barcelona.– Spanish police arrested thirteen people who belonged to a network that smuggled cocaine from the Dominican Republic. The drug was later falsified and distributed in Barcelona and its metropolitan area.
According to the police report, the network was run by a woman and in the operation, which included the search of 10 homes, were seized 60 kilos of substances used to falsify cocaine, 1.5 kilos of cocaine, 7,200 euros, and other evidence.
The network, composed of persons of Dominican origin, brought the drug from the Dominican Republic in small quantities using "mules" and their luggage. Seven of them are already in prison while the other six have been released after being charged with money laundering and other crimes.

You have to consider the time frame as well for that quote. Since then, the quality of education has plummeted.
Blame it on whomever, but ultimately most everyone was swayed by the media, advertisers, etc spewing forth the message of consumerism at any cost. Total brainwash.
International Banker/IMF/WB/CFR and the rest of the these collaborations against humanity have their agenda, "They be keepin the niggah down" and doing a fine job of it year by year. There are no Republicans nor Democrats, No Sunni nor Shiite, there are only the haves and the have nots. "From The Shooter"
Therefore regardless of skin color, ethnicity anyone of the 99% are being kept down.
Look at the US Military budget, waste, death and destruction. I would say an educated populace is the best defense. Creating managable chaos while the masses wonder what WTF!

Are you one of those kind-hearted people with a nice little garden, more veggies than you can possible eat yourself who takes the time to drop off your extras to the local homeless shelter? Or perhaps you have your own little bakery or grocery store, and you gladly take your day olds to the homeless.
