			<description>According to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASAPS), about 12 million plastic surgery procedures are performed each year.  More women than men have plastic surgery, but numbers are up for both sexes. As we head into 2012, cosmetic procedures involving the use of non-surgical techniques ranging from non-ablative lasers to light-based therapies are likely to continue to be in demand as prices drop and it becomes easier to get a touch-up before that next party.</description>
